Welcome to Nexgen Coaching. By using our website, signing up to our sessions, or getting involved with anything we offer, you’re agreeing to these terms. All sessions must be booked in advance and payment should be made upfront unless we’ve agreed something different with you. Refunds will only be given if we cancel the session ourselves. If your child misses a session for any reason, we won’t be able to carry it over or refund it unless it’s an exceptional circumstance.

Sometimes we may have to cancel or move sessions due to weather conditions, venue issues or coach availability. If that happens, we’ll let you know as early as possible and either rearrange or credit your account.

All children must be collected on time. If a parent is running late, we ask you to let us know straight away. We don’t take responsibility for any personal belongings lost, damaged or left behind during sessions — so label what you can and leave valuables at home.

By signing your child up, you’re giving permission for them to take part in our sessions, activities and warm-ups. From time to time, we may take photos or short videos of the sessions for social media and promotion — you can opt out of this at any time by letting us know.

Any behaviour that’s unsafe, abusive or disruptive — whether from a player, parent or carer — will not be tolerated. If necessary, we reserve the right to remove a child from the programme in order to protect the rest of the group and staff.
