We don’t just coach football — we develop players. From their very first session at age 2 through to Year 5+, every Nexgen session is built around the individual: their confidence, their ability and their personality.

How we coach

Small Groups. Proper Coaching.

All sessions are capped at 6 players to 1 coach, no matter the age. No crowds, no chaos — just proper coaching with attention to detail.

Our group sessions run in age and school-year bands from age 2 through to Year 5+ — 2 & 3 year olds, Nursery & Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 & 4 and Year 5+ — plus girls-only sessions.

The pathway

From Age 2 Through To Year 5+

Our youngest group starts at 2 and 3 years old and carries on through Nursery and Reception into the school years. We mix football with fun — fast-paced games, mini challenges and loads of energy — teaching balance, coordination and movement through our ABC work while they’re laughing and learning.

As players progress, sessions become more focused and technical. They’re challenged, encouraged and developed properly, at a level that’s right for them.

Alongside our group sessions, 1-to-1 and specialist coaching is arranged individually — message us and we’ll talk it through.

Every player has their own journey. Our job is to understand the individual, challenge them appropriately and help them keep progressing.

We also work with full squads, bringing fresh energy and structure to help teams grow.

We’re not here to poach players or chase numbers — we’re here to raise standards. And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll still help you find what is, because this has always been about the kids.

We start at 2. The bands are 2 & 3 year olds, Nursery & Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 & 4, and Year 5+, and we also run girls-only sessions. If you’re not sure which band suits your child, message us and we’ll point you to the right one.

Group sessions are booked online through Hivelink. Everything else — 1-to-1 training, team sessions, holiday camps and UV parties — is arranged directly with us, so just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it.

Group sessions are sold as 6-week blocks rather than one-off sessions, so our coaches can actually develop a player week by week rather than judge them on a single visit.

Absolutely. Sessions are designed around every age, every ability and every personality, and we meet children where they are rather than expecting them to arrive ready.

Yes. 1-to-1 Elite Training is built entirely around the individual player — ball mastery, finishing, position-specific work and confidence on the pitch.

Yes. We run full-squad sessions covering tactical awareness, set plays, pressing, shape and teamwork. We’re not here to poach players — we’re here to raise standards.
