Safeguarding Policy

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Nexgen Coaching. Every child that attends our sessions has the right to feel safe, respected and supported. Our coaches are all fully DBS checked, qualified and trained in safeguarding practices.

We aim to create an environment where every child, regardless of background, ability or needs, is welcomed and looked after. All of our sessions are delivered in a way that puts the child’s wellbeing first. That includes physical safety, emotional safety and being free from bullying, discrimination or harm.

If anything ever doesn’t feel right — whether it’s at a session or outside of it — we take it seriously and act quickly. All reports or concerns are treated in confidence and followed up in line with safeguarding best practice.

Parents and carers are encouraged to speak to us at any time. We believe in open communication and working together to make sure all children are safe and happy in our care.
