We know how important your privacy is and we’re committed to protecting it. When you sign up with NexGen Coaching or get in touch with us, we collect some basic information — this can include names, contact numbers, emails and important info about your child such as age, school year, medical needs or additional support needs.

We use this information to run our sessions properly and keep you updated about bookings, schedule changes, emergency contact, progress tracking, and general communication. All your details are stored securely and only accessed by NexGen Coaching staff who need it for coaching, safety or admin purposes.

We never sell your information and we don’t share it with outside parties unless legally required or to protect the safety of a child. We may use anonymised data to improve our service but your personal details stay private.

Sometimes we share photos or videos from sessions on our social media channels to show the great work going on — if you’d prefer us not to include your child, just let us know and we’ll make sure they’re excluded from any media use.

If at any point you want to see the information we hold about you or your child, or if you want it updated or deleted, just email us and we’ll sort it.

We follow the UK GDPR guidelines and are committed to making sure your data stays safe and secure.
